Return and Refund Policy

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of our products, services, resources, contents, or any other transactions made not in accordance with the laid down procedure or policies. Further, we are also not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with the purchase of our products with/ through any third-party websites. Please review carefully the policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third-party.

  1. Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed from the date of your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  2. Before return, the customer should invariably inform to our Customer Care Manager about the return with full details of the product and the reason for such return.
  3. To be eligible for a return, our original item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. We also do not accept our products that are modified, changed or damaged and mixed with other products. Gift cards, if received with the product should also be returned, if our original product is being returned for any acceptable reason.
  5. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  6. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  7. There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refunds are granted:
  8. If the product is having obvious signs of use
  9. Any item not in its original condition and found damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  10. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after date of purchase.
  11. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item returned by you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  12. If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within as early as possible but within a period of 15 working days. However, in case any problem is faced in refunding the amount to the account of purchaser as aforesaid, the purchaser would be required to share the details of any other account where the refund can be credited after deducting the shipping cost, etc.

Late or missing refunds

  1. If you haven’t received a refund within the specified period, you are requested to first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@silgemart.com.

Sale items

  1. Only those products which are purchased at regular prices may be returned, if necessary. Items purchased during special sale cannot be returned.
  2. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@silgemart.com and send your item to our address specified in the delivery challan or invoice.
  3. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received at our end, a gift certificate of appropriate value will be mailed to you.
  4. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
  5. To return your product, you should mail your product to our address specified in the delivery challan or invoice.
  6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchanged item, the cost of return shipping will have to be paid by you.
  7. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending upon where you live.
  8. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
