  1. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

You can make payments online if the products are purchased through Amazon or Flipkart using any one of the available options thereat.

  • How long will shipping and delivery take?

We try to dispatch the jewellery item as soon as possible. Its delivery time would depend upon the location of delivery. Generally, the delivery is completed within 7 to 10 days within India.

  • How is my Jewellery shipped? Is it free?

We have tied up with multiple reputed logistics partners to deliver the Jewellery at your doorstep. Shipping and Delivery is generally free for purchase of the products valuing above Rs.500/-. It may be chargeable for some special products.

  • How is my Jewellery item packed?

Your Jewellery item is packed in an attractive, tamperproof jewellery box and delivered in a weatherproof package.

  • How can I track my order status?

If you have placed an order through Amazon or Flipcart, the order can be tracked through respective websites. If you have an account with us, you can track your order by logging into your account and click on the My Orders section.

Exchange, Buy Back and Returns

  • Is it possible to return my purchase?

Yes. As per the terms and conditions specified in this regard under relevant policy. You can return the jewellery item purchased from us if it is not found to be in proper condition or damaged in transit. The item should be returned within a period of 15 days from the date of purchase by the customer. Before return, the customer should invariably inform to our Customer Care Manager about the return with full details of the product and the reason for such return.

  • Is 100% of the amount refunded?

Once the jewellery item returned by you is received and inspected by us and found to be in order, you will receive a confirmation call/ message from our Customer Care Manager about the return. The amount of refund would depend upon the terms and conditions laid down in the relevant policy. The shipping charges would be deducted while processing the refund.

  • Is there an option of buy back?

We do not offer any Buy Back option for the jewellery items purchased from us.

  • Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will receive the invoice along with the product of the order.
